Millers Farm Road is a dead-end street in North Billerica, about 1,000 feet long, that leaves the north side of Heidi Lane a short way east of Allen Road, bends north and then runs east to a cul-de-sac. It was laid out on the "Definitive Subdivision, Brookfield Estates, Miller's Farm Road, Billerica, Mass.," drawn by Raymond Engineering Service of 574 Boston Road and dated January 19, 1994, revised May 26, 1994 after planning board comments. The planning board approved it on November 17, 1994, and it was recorded on December 14, 1994 (Plan Book 187, Plan 48). The plan shows the road 50 feet wide with fifteen house lots of about 20,000 to 79,000 square feet and an open area across the back of the tract, and the farmhouse on Allen Road kept on a separate lot.

The name comes from the farm of the Miller family, who bought the place, about 33 acres on the east side of Allen Road "formerly a part of the homestead of Louisa Fletcher," in 1957. The 1968 plan of Heidi Lane already marks the land beside it as Miller land. At the special town meeting session of October 7, 1993 the town rezoned the Miller land on Heidi Lane from Neighborhood and Rural Residential to a Residential Cluster Overlay, by 128 votes to 4 under Article 13. In December 1994 the owners sold the fifteen lots, the open areas and the fee in "Miller's Farm Road" to Brookfield Construction, Inc. of 265 Andover Road, which built the houses; it sold the first of them in April 1995, and the assessors date the houses to 1995.

The annual spring town meeting of 1997, which opened on May 6, 1997, voted by 153 to 2 under Article 18 to accept "Millers Farm Road for its entire length from Heidi Lane to the cul-de-sac as a public way." The plan and the assessors write the name Miller's Farm Road; the town meeting and the registry of deeds write Millers Farm Road.
